Terms of Service for Callback Widget
GigaVault Solutions has developed a callback widget that uses artificial intelligence to facilitate calls, but only with the customer’s explicit approval of the terms and conditions and their consent to receive an AI-generated call. The only data collected through the widget includes the customer’s phone number and the information provided during the conversation between the customer and the AI agent. For privacy reasons, the call is not recorded; however, a transcript of the conversation, along with the phone number, is processed and passed on to the client’s sales team for further action. By using the callback widget, the customer agrees to this data being collected and utilized solely for the purpose of responding to the request.
